OUT OF SITE, OUT OF MIND

3200 block of S. Frontage Rd.

Business burglary: Officers responded to a construction site at the listed location where a construction company alerted them to a business burglary and grand theft report of stolen tools.

HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS… LIGHTS

2300 block of E. Timberlane Dr.

Theft: Officers met with the victim at the listed location, who then stated that an unknown suspect had stolen Christmas lights from the residence, totaling $24.

TRESPASSED OUT

1200 block of E. Laura St.

Trespass after warning: Officers responded to the listed location and located the suspect sleeping in a red Pontiac in the backyard at the residence. The suspect had previously been trespassed for one year. The suspect was subsequently arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail without incident.

NO ONE’S HOME

1000 block of Walden Pond Dr.

Residential burglary: Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a delayed burglary that had occurred at a newly-constructed/unoccupied residence.

CAR TROUBLES

1500 block of E. Alabama St.

Criminal mischief: Officers responded to a residence at the listed location and met with the victim who stated that the hood and windshield of her vehicle had been damaged.

WIRE YOU DOING THIS?

3500 block of N. Maryland Ave.

Criminal mischief: Officers met with a construction company’s employee who advised them that sometime overnight, an unknown suspect had cut the electrical wire throughout a model home that is under construction.

Retail theft: Officers responded to a business at the listed location in reference to the report of a theft in progress. They made contact with the suspect who was arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail without incident. A seperate individual was released on his own recognizance with a notice to appear.

TRAILER TRASHED

300 block of S. Frontage Rd.

Burglary: Officers made contact with the victim who alerted them that their 12-foot, black and grey enclosed trailer had been stolen from a locked lot at the listed location.

Vehicle Burglary: Officers were alerted by the victim that he had two chainsaws stolen out of the bed of his truck while shopping at a local grocery store the night before.

LAW AND DISORDER

100 block of E. Dr. King Jr. Blvd

Disorderly intoxication/resist officer without violence: Officers responded to a business at the listed location in reference to a verbal disturbance. There they made contact with the suspect who was subsequently arrested for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence, then transported to Orient Road Jail without incident.
