Bang, Bang – Delayed Vehicle Burglary
400 block of Whitehall St
An officer was dispatched to 1 Police Pl in reference to a vehicle burglary delayed call for service. The officer met with the victim, who stated that on 10/14, in the early morning hours, his vehicle was broken into. He advised that his glovebox and center console were both left open and appeared to have been rummaged through. A backpack containing a firearm, miscellaneous tools, and charging cables were all missing, totaling a value of $790.

An officer met with the complainant in reference to a report of a stolen steel building support beam valued at approximately $5,000.
Infraction! – Criminal Mischief/DVI Violation
1400 S Collins St
An officer responded to 1 Police Place in reference to a possible DVI violation, which was later determined to also be for criminal mischief. The victim advised that the subject of a DVI had damaged and vandalized her vehicle.

You Gotta Go – Trespassing After Arrest
700 block of Pennsylvania Ave
Officers observed a subject sitting on a park bench after the park was closed. The subject was known to be trespassed from this location on 7/6/25. The subject was taken into custody and charged with trespassing after warning. The subject was transported to Orient Road Jail.
Methy Nap – Drug Investigation
700 block of N Pennsylvania Ave
An officer made contact with a subject sleeping in the park. After issuing a trespass warning for a year, the subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and transported to Orient Road Jail
You Can’t Hide! – Warrant Arrest
Baker St/Gordon St
Officers responded to the location in reference to a traffic stop. The subject had an active Orange County warrant for sexual cyber harassment. Upon contact, the warrant was confirmed with the following: sexually cyber harassment, no contact directly with victim/co-defendant/witness, no contact with victims/witness, no computer use/access to internet or social media, bond may be modified by first IA judge.

100 block of Henry Ave
An officer conducted at traffic stop due to a violation of right of way, and the registered owner/driver having a suspended license. The passenger was placed under arrest for possession of cannabis with intent to sell and was transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer responded to the residence and met with the subject who reported a antique bicycle, valued at $300, was taken from the side of his residence.

An officer made contact with a subject who had an active Polk County warrant for felony petit theft. The subject was arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.

Temper, Temper – Aggravated Assault

An officer responded to the area in reference to a road rage incident. The complainant reported that a vehicle was driving erratically and once stopped at the intersection, the driver made statements and pulled out a firearm, placing her in fear.
