OCT. 1

ACCESS DENIED

2800 block of James L. Redman Pkwy.

Trespassing: Officers met with the manager of a business at the listed location who requested that the suspect be trespassed. A trespass check was conducted and it was revealed that the suspect was previously trespassed in March. Due to the suspect being on the property after having previously been trespassed, he was arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.

HOUSE CALL

2600 block of James L. Redman Pkwy.

Theft (waiver): Officers made contact with an employee at a business at the listed location who advised them that two juveniles had stolen a shirt and hair clips valued at $16.80. Both of the juveniles’ parents were contacted and subsequently responded to the scene. Due to the response of their parents, the employee completed a waiver of prosecution.

CAR PROBLEMS

2900 block of Paul Buchman Hwy.

Vehicle burglary: Officers met with the victim who advised them that an unknown suspect had stolen her wallet and purse from her vehicle.

WINDOW PAINS

E. Hwy 92/Wiggins Rd.

PC pick up: Officers conducted a traffic stop on the suspect for a window tint violation. The suspect was then placed under arrest for a recent felony probably cause pick up and transported to Orient Road Jail without incident.

CARD DECLINED

2200 block of North Park Road

Fraudulent use of a credit card: Officers met with the victim who alerted them that they had lost their credit card and were receiving notifications that it was actively being used. Two suspects were then subsequently arrested for fraudulent use of a credit card and were transported to Orient Road Jail without incident.

OCT. 5

DROPPED SERVICE

2400 block of James L. Redman Pkwy.

Theft: Officers met with the victim who claimed that after using the self-checkout register in the business at the listed location, she believes that she left her cell phone behind.When she returned to retrieve it, it was gone.

TRAFFIC JAMMED

1400 block of S. Collins St.

Warrant arrest: Officers came in contact with the suspect during a routine traffic stop. A computer check then revealed two active warrants out of Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. Both warrants were confirmed, the suspect was issued a written warning for the traffic infraction, taken into custody and transported to Orient Road Jail for booking.

SCOOTER LOOTER

600 block of S. Collins St.

Stolen vehicle recovery: Officers met with the victim who informed them that they had purchased a scooter on Facebook Marketplace, only to discover later that the scooter had been reported as stolen.
