Mind Your P’s and Q’s – CCI
Sydney Rd/Airport Rd
An officer responded to the location in reference to a traffic crash that occurred. Through his investigation, he learned that the driver was operating the vehicle on the roadway without ever having registered it. The driver was issued a criminal citation for an unregistered vehicle along with a citation for following too closely, which was the cause of the crash.
Stop, In The Name of Law – Leaving the Scene W/Injury/Felony Fleeing to Elude
S Evers St/W Grant St
An officer responded to the location in reference to a hit-and-run that occurred. Upon arrival, he met with the injured victim, who stated that a truck struck her vehicle and fled the area. A suspect was found and charged with Leaving the Scene of a Crash with Injuries and Felony Fleeing to Elude.
Shopping Around – Vehicle Burglary
1400 block of Plantation Circle
Officers responded to the location in reference to suspicious persons looking into vehicles. At the time of the call, officers located five vehicles that had been entered and ransacked. Contact was made with the owners, who all stated no damage to their vehicles, and nothing appears to have been taken.

Baffling – Warrant/NVDL Arrest
1000 block of Valencia Rd
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after it failed to stop at a stop sign at W. Hillsboro St/N. Franklin St. A records check confirmed the driver had no license ever issued, prior FTA on traffic summons, and an active FTA warrant. The driver was issued a UTC for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and charged with NVDL 2nd offense and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Interloper – Trespassing after Arrest
1400 S Collins St
An officer made contact with a subject inside the business. The subject was previously trespassed from the business on June 3, 2025, for a period of one year. The subject was arrested for trespassing after warning and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Walk The Line – Warrant Arrest
1700 block of Cedar Run Dr
An officer made contact with a subject who had an active Hillsborough County warrant for VOP petit theft, first degree. The subject was taken into custody at this time, and his warrant was confirmed by HCSO. The subject was transported to Orient Road jail.
That’s A Wash – Trespassing after Arrest
3500 block of W Baker St
An officer observed a subject at the location he was trespassed from on 6/17/25. He was taken into custody without incident, advised of Trespass After Warning, re-trespassed for one year, and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Gun Gone – Vehicle Burglary
400 block of E Tomlin St
Officers met with the complainant, who stated he left his pistol inside the center console of his vehicle overnight. The complainant stated that at some point overnight, someone removed the pistol from the vehicle.
No License to Drive – CCI
W Baker St/Seminole Lake Blvd
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for having no headlights on at dark. The officer met with the driver and requested his driver’s license. The driver stated that he did not have a Driver’s License and presented a passport. A FCIC/NCIC check revealed that the driver never had a license issued. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

Needed a Snack – Theft (Shoplifting)
1700 block of James L Redman Pkwy
An officer responded to the location in reference to a theft that had just occurred. The subject was located and taken into custody for felony petit theft and trespass after warning. The subject was transported to Orient Road Jail.
Who Needs Laws? – NVDL/Arrest
S Collins St/W Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving around detour signs, barricades, and running a red light. The officer met with the driver and advised him of the reason for the stop, requesting his driver’s license. The driver stated that he did not have a license and had never had one issued. A check of FCIC/NCIC showed the same, and that he had four previous guilty convictions for driving with no license. The driver was taken into custody and charged accordingly. He was transported to Orient Road Jail.
Pain in the Glass – Criminal Mischief
1700 block of McLeod Dr
An officer responded to the location in reference to a rock being thrown through a bedroom window, and met with the victim, who advised that at approximately 9:27 p.m., she was in the bathroom and she heard a loud noise come from the bedroom that was located on the southwest side of the residence. The officer checked the bedroom and observed several shards of glass on the floor and a rock lying on the ground near the door of the bedroom.

Faker – Fraud
4300 block of Sterling Commerce Dr
An officer responded to the business in reference to the report of delayed fraud. The complainant stated that the business received a toll bill from July, indicating a temporary tag belonging to the business had run a toll while on a black sedan. The business does own the paper tag; however, it is attached to a company truck. The complainant believes the paper tag was created and is fraudulent.
