Two Strikes Times Two – Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer
2500 block of W Baker St
Officers responded to the location in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, two subjects were being escorted out of the bar. One was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting without violence, and the other was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting without violence. Both subjects were transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer made contact with a delivery driver who reported that a male answered the door naked. A follow-up investigation was conducted at the delivery location, and post interviews the incident was unfounded.

After Arrest

An officer responded to the location in reference to a subject having been previously issued a trespass warning for the business and currently causing a disturbance. The officer confirmed the subject had been previously issued a trespass warning from the business on 06/14/2025 with an expiration date of 06/14/2026. The store manager requested that the subject be arrested for trespassing. The subject was transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on a subject who had an active HCSO warrant. The warrant was confirmed, and the subject was placed under arrest. The subject received an additional charge for DWLS 3rd Offense. He was transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer made contact with a subject who had an active HCSO FTA warrant. The warrant was confirmed, and the subject was transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer met with the complainant, who advised that he arrived at work today and noticed the lock on his shed had been broken off, the window on another shed had been broken, and the wood on another shed had been damaged due to someone forcing it open. He advised that nothing appeared to be missing from the sheds.
Drug Klepto – Medication Theft

An officer responded to the location in regards to a theft. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant in reference to a delivered medication being stolen.
You Can’t Hide – Warrant Arrest
1200 Spotted Lilac Lane
An officer responded to the above location, acting on a tip from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department regarding a subject being at this location with an active warrant. Upon his arrival, he met with the subject. An FCIC/NCIC check revealed that she had an active warrant for Failure to Appear on a DWLS charge. The warrant was confirmed through Pinellas County and carried a $2013.00 bond. The subject was taken into custody and transported to Orient Road Jail.

Card Shark – Theft W/APAD

An officer responded to the business in reference to the report of a delayed theft. The complainant reported the theft of baseball cards. The suspect was identified and met APAD criteria and was provided with the proper documentation for the program.
Another Methy Situation – Drug Investigation W/Arrest X2
300 block of E Tomlin St
An officer responded to the residence in reference to a disturbance involving multiple subjects. The investigation resulted in two subjects being in possession of narcotics. Both were placed under arrest for possession of methamphetamine, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia. Both were transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer responded to the location and met with the complainant, who reported that between 4:40 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., an unknown suspect took his unsecured electric bike, valued at $1,400, from behind the business.
