An officer responded to the location in reference to a theft that occurred 10 minutes prior to the call being received. A subject was later located back at the business, where he was taken into custody for theft and trespassing.

Officers responded to the business in reference to a theft that occurred. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival.
Gotta Have a License – Warrant Arrest
130 block of Vicky Ann Dr
An officer responded to the location and came into contact with a subject. A FCIC/NCIC check revealed that the subject had an outstanding warrant out of Polk County for Failure to Appear on a charge of knowingly driving with license suspended or revoked. The warrant was confirmed, and the subject was taken into custody and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Wallflower – CCI
W Alexander St/Maki Rd
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for having only one headlight. He met with the driver, who spontaneously stated he did not have a driver’s license, but he produced a Florida ID card. A DAVID inquiry revealed that he never had a driver’s license issued to him. He was issued a criminal citation for NVDL and a warning for the headlight.
Slow Your Roll – Drug Arrest

An officer was conducting stationary radar enforcement when a vehicle was captured traveling at 63 mph in a posted 30 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a subject was taken into custody and transported to Orient Road Jail.

An officer responded to the location regarding a subject acting erratically inside the store. The subject was transported to Orient Road Jail.

Apprehension

Several officers responded to the location in an attempt to pick up a subject who had an active felony warrant for FTA on Criminal Mischief Subsequent Offense. The subject was eventually taken into custody and transported to Orient Road Jail. The subject was charged with an active warrant and with resisting.

Up in Smoke – Theft
500 block of N Plant Ave
Officers responded to the location in reference to a delayed theft. Contact was made with the complainant, who reported the theft of a vape pen from the business.
No Jingle Jangle – Fraud
2600 block of James L Redman Pkwy
Officers met with Loss Prevention employees who stated that a subject was able to deprive the business of $600 by having a Chime debit card loaded with funds without providing the cash for it.
Disturbing Intrusion – Trespass Arrest
2500 block of Thonotosassa Rd
An officer responded to the location in reference to a disturbance. Once on scene, he observed a subject in the parking lot of the business. Upon seeing the police, the subject immediately attempted to walk away. The officer made contact with the subject, and a check of PCPD Trespass files showed that he had been trespassed from the business on January 1, 2026, for one year. The subject was transported to Orient Road Jail.
Interesting High – Trespass
240 block of W Alexander St
Officers responded to the report of a subject on the roof of the building. While checking the roof, officers located a subject inside the roof hatch. A check of PCPD trespass files shows the subject was previously trespassed from the location on November 24, 2025, for a term of one year. The subject was taken into custody and charged with Trespass After Warning.

Twofer – Shooting/Fleeing to Elude
2500 block of E Cherry St
An officer working off duty at the location heard several gunshots and a vehicle leaving westbound at a high rate of speed. A subject was later placed under arrest for fleeing, leaving the scene of a crash, NVDL, and a warrant. The passenger was arrested for VOP.
Dance Fever – Possession of Fentanyl
800 block of S Collins St
An officer responded to the location in reference to a suspicious person and contacted a subject who matched the provided description. The subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and transported to Orient Road Jail.
