An officer met with the complainant, who advised that an unknown subject entered his unlocked box truck and removed a 9 mm handgun from the cab while he was in a business.

An officer responded to the location in reference to a reported theft of a leaf blower. The complainant stated he set his leaf blower down when a visitor arrived at the residence and when he returned, it was gone.

Food Truck Foul – W Lowry Ave/Plum St
An officer responded and met with the complainant, who wanted to file a police report for property that had been stolen from his festival food trailer parked in the empty parking lot NW of the intersection. He reported that two 100ft, 4-gauge electrical cables and a spare tire were stolen from his trailer. The total loss amount reported was $2200.

An officer responded to a residence under construction in reference to a delayed burglary and met with a construction supervisor who reported unknown suspect(s) cut wiring inside the electrical panel and removed multiple breakers and associated wiring, along with three bi-fold closet doors that had been stored in the garage.

An officer responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance and met with the complainant, who reported that her mailbox had been knocked over.
Weird, Random Stuff – Criminal Mischief

An officer responded to a residence in reference to a delayed vandalism report and met with the victim, who reported that sometime overnight, his vehicle’s headlight housing and driver’s side mirror were damaged, and a plastic angel yard decoration was broken and placed in the roadway.

An officer responded to the location and learned two cans of Vienna sausages and two cans of tuna, valued at $4.78, were stolen.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a headlight out. The driver was issued a Criminal Citation for Driving while License Suspended /Canceled/Revoked.

An officer met with the complainant who advised that his vehicle had both driver’s side windows broken out on March 13 between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

An officer responded to a vehicle crash at the listed location. Upon arrival, he learned that one of the vehicles had left the scene. A subject was arrested.
Laptop Larceny – Vehicle Burglary
4700 block of Sydney Rd
An officer responded to the location in reference to a vehicle burglary that had occurred. He met with the victim, who stated she arrived at the location at 8:45 a.m. and left around 10:15 a.m. She drove straight to work, and when she arrived, she reached for a bag in the back seat that usually contains her work laptop computer. The bag was there, but the laptop was missing. She then went home to see if she had left it there, but could not locate it. When she advised her employer, they told her to report it at the end of her workday.
