Hillsborough County Commissioner Al Higginbotham presented a proclamation honoring the first Tampa Bay Blueberry Festival Queens and Court April 27, at Keel and Curley Winery.
Following reading the proclamation, Higginbotham stopped to have photos taken with the young ladies.
