Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) announced Aug. 4, the inception of Saunders Auctions LLC, a new division that will focus on real estate auctions and accelerated marketing.
“Auctions are an efficient and effective way to sell real property at fair market value,” Dean Saunders, president of CBCSRE said. “We recognize the need for this service from our existing clients and the market as a whole.
“Saunders Auctions is a collaborative effort between Saunders and Auction Consulting Experts (ACE) of Plant City," Joseph Nolan, president of Saunders Auctions LLC, said. The team consists of auction industry veterans including Nolan, Esq. John Haney and Earl Williams. "The team brings together more than 50 years of combined auction experience and marketing knowledge. We have created a high energy organization combining the power of CBCSRE with the knowledge and experience of the ACE team."
ACE and SRE recently teamed up to auction nine condominiums in Steinhatchee. The results exceeded all expectations with nearly $500,000 in sales. Everything closed in 30 days or under.
“We recognized the synergy between our two firms and it just seemed natural to create a firm that could build on this success," John Haney, president and Broker of ACE said.
The next auction is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 26, in Fort Myers.
The property consists of an 11-acre commercial development tract in a high growth area.
