BREAKING: Missing endangered 1-year-old girl in Plant City

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public assistance in locating a missing endangered 1-year-old girl believed to be in Plant City.

According to an HCSO news release, Rainah Todd, who has blonde hair and blue eyes, is believed to be with her mother, Leah Todd. Todd has brown hair and brown eyes and, according to an HCSO arrest record is about 5 feet 6 inches tall.

Investigators said they believe Rainah to be in danger because her mother is a known drug user. Investigators said they do not have a permanent address for Todd as she has been “known to stay with various friends off and on.” She is, however believed to be at large in the Plant City area.

HCSO said investigators Monday attempted to contact Todd and her daughter in reference to an unrelated case, but were unable to find them. Details of that case have not been released as it is an ongoing investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call HCSO at 813-247-8200.
