How long have you been cheering?
I’ve been cheering since I was in 8th grade.
What’s your favorite thing about cheering?
My favorite thing about cheering is hitting new skills and being on a team with girls who are like family.
What’s something you’re looking forward to this year with cheer?
I am looking forward to becoming close with all the new girls on this team and being a leader they can look up to since it is my senior year I hope to touch every single one of them in a special way and leave a part of me on this team.
What’s the hardest thing about cheering?
The hardest thing about cheering is having a mindset that keeps you confident and motivated even during the difficult times of learning new skills because cheer is such a mindset sport and it’s really easy to get frustrated.
What’s your favorite memory involving cheer?
My favorite memory involving cheer would have to be the worship on Sunday mornings before natty finals, it is truly the most special tradition and it means so much to me.
When you’re not cheering, what are you doing in your free time?
In my free time I love to go line dancing!!
What’s your favorite thing you did this summer?
This summer, I went to church camp, and it was absolutely amazing, truly the best experience!
