Drew is a senior at Plant City High School where he plays baseball for the Raiders varsity team.
How long have you been playing baseball?
My whole life, since I was a little kid.
What’s your favorite thing about baseball?
The lifelong relationships that you get from playing this game.
What’s your favorite memory involving baseball?
Every year in little league all stars the state championship games with my dad as the coach.
Are there any rules in baseball that you’d change?
They are adding a thing where you can challenge strikes or not I think the game is going towards technology too much so get all the extra things out.
Do you have a favorite MLB or college team you root for?
My favorite college team is FSU
What’s an area in baseball that you want to improve in?
This is my last year playing ball. I’m focusing on my degree and setting up my future.
When you’re not playing baseball, what are you doing in your free time?
When I’m not playing, I’d say favorite things to do are workout, definitely like to hang out with my boys for sure and play 2k with some of my teammates
