We asked Facebook: If you’ve gone through the county’s COVID-19 vaccine application process for yourself or someone else, what was your experience like?

“Unfortunately, it has not been user-friendly. My father has tried for the second week now and he has had a very hard time with it. He got one during his age group’s window and it shut down within 4 minutes. It told him to come back at 5 and it only allowed him to schedule the second part of the vaccine and not the first. It seems to be an improvement from last week, but there’s some work to do yet!” — Ashley Geer Hedrick
